I am Miss Temi Babatunde, an Immigration Expert regulated by the Office of the Immigration and Services Commissioner in the United-Kingdom.
If you are planning to visit, reside or extend your stay in the United-Kingdom, I am highly qualified and fully accredited to help you and your family by providing advice and guidance through the application and decision-making process from start to finish.
I am a French/Nigerian’s Immigration expert with a passion to help people regularize their stay in the U.K.
I have had numerous success stories with Clients I have helped in the past. I have dealt with simple cases such as EEA Residence Card to more complex cases such as application outside of the rules or under private and family life, also known as discretionary leave to remain.
Once weekly, you will meet me here to discuss about immigration issues and/or policies.
This week I decided to address Visitors.
If you genuinely wish to come to the United-Kingdom as a visitor, you need to prove that you can support and accommodate yourself in the U.K within the period of your stay. In that extent you will have to provide evidence of your finances and where you would stay in the United-Kingdom.
In addition to that, the most important prove is the incentive to return to your country of origin. That’s where a lot of application for a visitor visa gets refused as the applicant failed to provide prove that they will return to their country of origin at the end of their visa.
How do I prove that?
You can provide all your evidence of employment (contract of employment, last 6 months pays slips and Bank Statements) plus a letter from your employer explaining that you are on annual leave and will resume your employment at the end of your visit in the U.K.
You can also provide prove that you have a family life abroad (Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, letters from school for your children…)
Furthermore, prove that your financial centre of interest is abroad (prove that you own a company, a business or a property…)
The more evidence you have, the most chance of success for your application.
Please feel free to contact me for more information or send any question which you would want me to respond.
