Dear Friends,
My name was given to the CEO of Green Savannah Diplomatic Cable Mr. Sunday Oyinloye by Chief Mrs Remi Diarra Ojutalayo from Tilburg ,the Netherlands, to become a columnist. Grateful and honoured I decided to answer with a Yes.
I am a born and raised Dutch citizen. Mother of three and grandmother of two.
My partner is late, due to a crime committed against him. Later, maybe more about this issue.
My parents thought me that travelling and interacting with different cultures and races will educate and form me in life.
My friends , family and contacts are multi cultured.
Africa has stolen my heart , Africans more than that.
I have been to Ghana and stayed for quite some time in Nigeria.
In Ghana ,I felt at home, but my chief always tell me that Nigeria colonized me.
My profession used to be Chief Financial Officer , later Compliance Officer in different international branches. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am home right now as a volunteer worker for a foundation to shelter dogs. Basset hounds .
I used to write short stories in another magazine and a forum on Facebook.
What you will be expecting from me dear readers , anecdotes filled with Dutch humour, stories and lifetime experiences with a tear of laughter or cry.
Africa seen through a white person eye and experience.
I am not a comedian , but a believer that a smile can make sorrows more gentle. We live in a cruel world sometimes …So inspire the World around you.
