One day I posted on my Facebook Wall ,about 15 minutes’ walk a day can change your body. The post caught the attention of one of my friends and she approached me through a comment “baka gusto mong maging walking partner ko” I said sure! Where and when?
Before the planned walk, let me share something about my friend . She was close to my daughter in Junior High School. We met during one of the activities in school. My daughter and her daughter were engaged in the same school activities and whenever there was competition in other schools, we go together. Since then we became close. Our planned walk is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Pinaglabanan Shrine San Juan City.
Going back to the benefits of walking as shown in the picture.
